The core Keeler values are reflected the history of the business. Bill Keeler, President and Co-founder, is a second generation electrician. His father and Co-founder, Dick worked as a licensed electrician for a local contractor for over 20 years. In his youth Bill was often seen by his father's side learning the trade. As soon as he was old enough, Bill was serving as an apprentice and was on his way to becoming a master electrician.
After gaining a few years experience working for another contractor, the time was right to break out on their own and launch Keeler Electric in Dick's garage. This solution was short lived as their work reputation soon found them more business than this location could support. They moved to Bethel, CT and steadily built their business and their team of commercial and residential electricians by focusing on the highest quality work and on complete customer satisfaction.
By 2007 Keeler Electric had outgrown its facilities and it was time to move. Their new vision was to add office space for customer service staff and add more warehouse space to fill with an increased inventory of parts to improve on response times to their clients. They found the ideal solution in Brookfield CT on Federal Road.
Keeler Electric will always be looking for ways to improve on their expertise and on the quality of their customer service. They are rigorous in their requirement that all their electricians continually seek more training and that all staff are prompt, courteous and customer-centric.
